To advance projects which contribute to the development of education in East Asia 推进促进东亚教育发展的各事业 동아시아의 교육의 발전에 기여하는 사업의 추진

In conjunction with the mutual exchange and collaborative research systems among universities and colleges of education, this International Consortium will further strengthen cooperation among universities in the East Asian region as one concrete measure. 在促进师范院校间的相互交流及建立共同研究体制的同时，本国际联盟将更进一步加强与东亚地区各大学间的合作 교원양성대학•학부의 상호교류와 공동연구체제 구축과 연동해, 본 국제컨소시엄은 그 구체적 조치의 하나로서 동아시아 지역 대학과의 연대를 한층 강화

Background & Purport 背景与宗旨 배경 • 취지

As issues concerning contemporary school education become more diverse and complex, assuring the quality of the teacher education of the following three classes of teachers is emerging as a mutually related problem: (1) general teachers who teach in primary and secondary schools, (2) principals, supervisors, and other educational leaderships who bring together and manifest the educational abilities of those general teachers at each school or in each region, and (3) university faculty who are responsible for the education of those general teachers and educational leaderships. 围绕当今学校教育呈现出多样化以及复杂化的问题，我们设定如下三个课题:(1)小学等学校及中学学校一般教师的培养质量保证问题、(2)各学校及各地区的校长、教导主任等校务领导的培养质量保证问题、(3)一般教师以及承担教师教育的大学教师的指导质量保证问题。教师培养的这3个层次的质量保证问题相互关联，各项问题已表面化。 현대의 학교교육을 둘러싼 문제가 다양화•복잡화되어 가는 가운데,(1)초등•중등학교에서 가르치는 일반교원 양성의 질보증,(2)이들 일반교원의 교육력을 각 학교와 지역에서 취합해 발휘시켜야 하는 교장과 지도주사 등의 교육지도직 양성의 질보증,(3)일반교원 및 교육지도직 양성을 담당하는 대학교수 양성의 질보증,이들 3 계층의 교원양성의 질보증이 서로 연관된 형태로 문제화되고 있다.

Universities in the East Asian region, which share these issues, will construct a systematic research structure, implement international collaborative research, and seek solutions. They will also draft a special doctoral course through cooperation among universities of education in East Asia, based on the results of this cooperation. 在面临共同课题的东亚地区各大学之间企划成立共同研究机构，实施国际合作研究来寻求对策。另外，在此基础上筹划建设以东亚师范院校合作的博士特别课程。 이러한 과제들을 공유하고 있는 동아시아 대학간에 체계적인 연구조직을 편성해서 국제공동연구를 실시해 그 해결책을 찾고, 이러한 연대 결과를 바탕으로 국제대학원 프로그램을 수립한다.

Purposes & Goals 目的和目标 목적 • 목표

Implement the following projects on the themes of clarifying the present states of the systems and actual conditions to assure the quality of teacher education of (1) general teachers, (2) educational leaderships, and (3) teacher educators in universities in charge of general teacher education and educational leadership education. Through those activities, take responsibility for part of the CAMPUS Asia activities, which began April 16, 2010 under the East Asian Community concept. ①一般教师，②校务干部，③负责教师培养的大学教师，这三个层次的教师培养质量保证制度和现状分析为主体，开展如下项目。并通过这些项目，在东亚共同体的构想之下，也将承担平成22年4月16日开始的CAMPUS Asia活动的部分工作作为其目的和目标。 ①일반교원,②교육지도직 교원,③교원양성담당 대학교수라고 하는 3계층에 걸친 교원양성 질보증 제도와 실태 해명을 테마로 이하의 사업을 실시하고,그 활동을 통해 동아시아 공동체 구상하에 2010년 4월 16일 발족한 CAMPUS Asia 활동의 일익을 담당하는 것을 목적•목표로 한다.
